3. Sharing and disclosures
Information may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, AI model, analytics, moderation, and payment providers when necessary to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, or protection of rights.
4. AI providers and processing
Prompts, message history, scene context, and related metadata may be sent to OpenRouter and underlying model providers in order to generate responses. AI-generated output can be logged, cached, summarized, filtered, reviewed, or retained for operational, security, product, and compliance purposes.
5. Cookies, sessions, local storage, and analytics
Chocoberry may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login state, security, fraud prevention, performance measurement, analytics, preferences, and core product functionality. Disabling some storage mechanisms may limit the service or prevent it from working correctly.
6. Retention and security
Information may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including backups, audit logs, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. No system is guaranteed to be fully secure, and no promise is made that information will never be accessed, altered, disclosed, or lost.
7. International processing
Chocoberry and its providers may process information in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your own.
8. Your choices and legal rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. The availability of those rights depends on applicable law, service architecture, fraud prevention, security needs, and recordkeeping obligations.
